1. Shipping and Delivery

   - Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at the time of checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

   - We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers.

 

2. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

• Free UK Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. For orders under £30, standard delivery charges will apply, and the cost will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. During peak periods, please allow extra time for delivery.

International Delivery – Estimated Times 

The delivery times below are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch (not the order date).

  • United States: 5–9 working days
  • Canada: 5–10 working days
  • Australia: 10–17 working days
  • Netherlands: 3–7 working days
  • Ireland: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, local courier handling, and peak periods.

Delays may occasionally occur, particularly for destinations outside Europe. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services in the destination country.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

• Please note that the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

Damaged Items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
